· Set agreements with yourself about food and exercise without harsh self-criticism, deprivation or grim discipline.
· Instead, truly LISTEN to the hunger under the hunger, so you can treat yourself with TLC. After all, genuine listening is the best way to set agreements that will really stick.
I invite you to look at your body with generous compassion. Truly see your magnificence as a woman. Gently forgive yourself for the negative self-talk of the past. Given how many women's bodies have been used and abused, objectified and controlled-- truly cherishing our bodies is a revolutionary feminist act!
